L’Ecole Culinaire’s cutest new graduate is Edith Johnson…a delightful young lady from Sitka, Alaska who ended up land-locked in Missouri after a series of unlikely events.  In response to encouragement from her faculty to audition for the Food Network’s latest show, she hired me to come out to the kitchens and photograph her in her element.  Dresses, tresses, and pearl necklaces are daily attire for this young chef, even if she has to hide them under chef coats and toques.  Good luck, Edith.  No matter what you end up doing, I have a feeling you’ll be smiling all the way!
